BOARDING
Magnolia offers quality, full-care horse boarding and thrives in keeping all horses happy and healthy. With large 12 x 12 matted stalls, grass turnout, blanketing, ample hay and more.
Facilities available to all boarders:
– Climate controlled lounge, kitchen, and tack room
– Individual tack lockers
– Climate controlled bath rooms and shower
– 4 indoor wash stalls with hot and cold water
– 14’ wide barn aisle
– 100’ x 225’ Covered arena with premier equestrian footing, lights and irrigation. Watered and groomed daily
– 375’ x 390’ outdoor arena with sand footing and lights
– Round pen with sand footing
– Various jumps and cavaletti
– Full sized dressage arena
– Outside trainers welcome
Full Board – $800
– 12 x 12 Matted Stall
– Nelson Automatic Waterers monitored and cleaned daily
– Industrial ceiling fan above each stall
– Triple Crown grain 2 times daily
– Supplement feeding as provided by horse owner, smartpaks encouraged
– Free choice hay
– Stalls cleaned daily
– Trailer parking
– Laundry for saddle pads, wraps, towels
– Small group turnout, weather permitting, for 10-12 hours per day. Limited individual turnout for additional fee
– Blanketing and fly sheets
Lay-Up Board: $1,100
Full Board Plus:
– Grain 2-4 times daily
– Stalls cleaned twice daily
– Hand walking / grazing when permitted by vet
– Individual reintroduction to turnout when permitted by vet
– Extra bedding for stall rest
– Arena Fee: $15 – applies to outside trainers and non-boarders
– Blanket Wash: $10
– Sheet / fly gear Wash: $5
– Paste Worming: Cost of wormer. Magnolia will make every effort to find the lowest price.
– Overnight Stabling: $25 per night
– Oral medication (other than in feed) $1.50
– Holding horse for farrier or vet: $15 up to 30 minutes, $1 per minute thereafter
– Hand walking – $5
